By Zee

Summary: The study of dreams. Bert/Quinn, NC-17. 5,847 words.

Notes: Not canon-compliant, and highly questionable Neil Patrick Harris characterization. Written for [info]sinsense in the [info]usedfic exchange, for the request of Bert/Quinn and magic realism. I hope it satisfies! Huge thanks to [info]helluvalot for cheerleading/betaing/listening to me gibber like a moron for two weeks about this.

This Song Is Not For You

Bands: Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance.
Pairings: Patrick/Pete, Patrick/Bob.
Word Count: 35,109
Rating/Warnings: NC-17
Author's Notes: Title from The Sounds' Song With A Mission. There's a lot of screwing with timelines in this, and it goes increasingly AU after November 2005.

Major thanks to everyone who listened to me gnash my teeth or saw parts of this as I was writing it, but especially [info]stereomer for cheerleading and whining alongside me, and [info]miss_saigon for listening to my wailing in person, for helping me figure out each step from the very beginning, for beta-ing, for everything. This wouldn't have been written without your help. ♥

Summary: Patrick tries to get things right.

Burn Holes Through The Stage
By Zee
Summary: Lupe isn't scared. Lupe Fiasco/Matthew Santos, PG-13. 1,000 words.

Notes: Just a little thing about the Glow in the Dark tour that I wrote in the airport at O'hare, largely to figure out characterizations. If you don't know who Lupe Fiasco is, [info]gigantic has a mini-primer on him here. If you don't know who Matthew Santos is, he's this total hottie with a fantastic voice who guested on a few tracks on Lupe's latest album "The Cool," including the first single, Superstar. Lupe took Matt, Sarah Green, and Bishop G with him for Kanye West's Glow In The Dark tour. If you don't know who Kanye West is, I don't really know what to do with you.

Oh my god, this isn't even real fic, but okay, so like. [info]stereomer started posting about asshole!Frank, and then [info]gigantic and I riffed on that a little. And then I was bored at work? So I ended up writing this thing, which takes place after asshole!Frank and Bob have fucked a few times, I guess, and there's lots of Frank and Bob sniping at each other that takes place before this, but because I'm a sap I skipped all that and went straight to the morning after, when they're beginning to get all funny about each other.

So if you're still with me, hey, yeah, this is porn.

Shine It On And Stick Around
By Zee

Summary: Coda to MCR's 4/7 show in San Francisco, and vaguely a sequel to Throwing The Fight, though it's not hugely necessary to read that first. Frank/Bob, light NC-17. 1,289 words.
Notes: On Friday, Bob was clearly having difficulty with his wrists, and there were many long pauses, during which Gerard sang Smashmouth to cover for Bob having to re-tape his wrists. So, uh, I wrote about it! Hastily written, unbetaed.

We can cut the set short. )

Summary: Coda to certain events at the Las Vegas date of MCR's latest tour. Frank/Bob. NC-17, 1,484 words.
Notes: I know, I know, I'm probably a bad person to write this so soon. But I--BOB. I can't help it, man. Quickly written, unbetaed.

Frank just kind of shrugs it off. )

Try This Trick And Spin It
by Charli J ([info]gigantic) and Zee ([info]ficbyzee)
NC-17. AU. 25,000 words.
Pete/Patrick, Bob/Frank, Ryan/Brendon, Patrick/Frank, Pete/Ryan, and more.
Philosophers have only interpreted the world in various ways; the point is to change it.

Note: Despite the misleading word length, this is more a detailed summary of a universe CJ and I developed throughout last summer. I had a Fight Club-related idea for a Pete/Patrick story, and then one day Ryan Ross got a tattoo. Somehow, those two things spun off into a universe that's generally become its own thing and has since only been told orally on a bus to Maine and via email to [info]kickthebeat. Since we kind of fail at both oral storytelling and responding to email, third time, charm time has us posting this here. This story contains content some readers may find disturbing. Title from The Pixies' "Where Is My Mind?" and tagline from Marx as quoted by the Praxis entry on Wikipedia.
